RE: Playtime with Facebook
NOTE: I am playing with Facebook options for sharing about T’ai Chi Chih and Wisdom Healing Qigong classes, retreats and other special happenings with a wider audience. Wondering if some of you who use Facebook may be able to help … could be as simple as clicking the “Like” button on my page … or passing along the info other ways if you wish …
Both T’ai Chi Chih and Wisdom Healing Qigong are mindfulness practices, moving meditations rather than just “exercises”, and yet proven to be some of the best “exercises” we can do. Each offers potentially amazing benefits physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually for anyone willing to commit to a faithful practice, as life and time allow, whether seriously committed or simply curious to begin with.
Please see the two Facebook links and more details below …
I still have an original personal Facebook account that I had begun playing with several years ago for this same purpose. Time now for another look. Meanwhile, I have deliberately been avoiding doing “Friends” on Facebook. Thank you to any of you who have sent Friend requests. Far too time consuming for me. I use my personal page simply for general posts and I connect with friends and family other ways.
Thanks to some much appreciated help I have just used my original Facebook account to set up a single Facebook “Page” that Googles as Sheila Leonard – T’ai Chi Chih and Wisdom Healing Qigong. Seems this kind of page can be “tagged” for wider sharing and my original Facebook page cannot.
I am also told that this newest single page can be more easily shared through “Likes” without the need for doing “Friends”.
Looks like maybe the original page can, too, but still learning how that works …
I would greatly appreciate it for anyone who might choose to “Like” the single page, or even both and see where it goes.
Sheila Leonard (T’ai Chi Chih and Wisdom Healing Qigong) – single page …

With renewed thanks for so very much …
Continued blessings for each new day as it unfolds,
“Don’t ask yourself what the world needs;
ask yourself what makes you come alive. And go do that.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive”
